At Deus Ex Machina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't hitting the mark, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
